Promotion for the upcoming John Hartson Foundation show continued today with a photo shoot taking place down at The Asylum in Glasgow, which featured Lou King Sharp, Thomas Kearins, Davey Boy, Chris Toal and Mark Dallas.

On Friday January 22nd ICW are putting on a special comedy and wrestling show in aid of the John Hartson Foundation in the Grand Ballroom of the Glasgow City Hotel.

For those who are not aware the John Hartson Foundation was set up in 2010, after Welsh footballer John Hartson was diagnosed with testicular cancer. The aim of the foundation is to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer, thereby encouraging men to seek medical attention leading to vital early detection and diagnosis.

It also aims to preserve and protect the health of patients suffering from testicular cancer by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities and support services not normally provided by statutory authorities, as well as relieve the distress of cancer sufferers and their families by assisting in the provision of counselling and support services.

Tickets are priced £49.99 per person or £450 for a table of 10. Individual tickets for the night can be purchased here by completing the secure form at the bottom of the page.

Guests will enjoy drinks on arrival, a three-course meal, then the show which will see ICW’s top wrestlers take provide the night’s entertainment. There will also be the chance to grab some top auction items and raffle prizes. It’s the perfect Christmas present for wrestling fans so don’t delay and book your tickets now.

For more information and to book tickets head on over to the John Hartson Foundation website. Please note if you wish to book one of the tables of 10 people you will need to e-mail libby@johnhartsonfoundation.co.uk with your details.

And Finally…..

Another ICW star is set to feature as a guest on the Podcast Corner in 2016. This past Monday night I had the privilege of interviewing Big Damo for an interview which will be due for release week commencing 1st February. I haven’t edited the interview in full yet but potentially this could be another two part interview and is definitely another interesting listen and one of my favourite interviews to have recorded.

To check out the interview, as well as my two part interviews with ICW star Stevie Boy ring announcer Simon Cassidy and my upcoming interview with New Age Kliq leader Chris Renfrew, click here to head over to my Soundcloud page.

That's all the news I have for this week concerning ICW. Thanks again for reading. All that remains for me to say is Happy New Year folks and I will see you again next week for more ICW news and thoughts.
