There will be a tournament to crown a new champion beginning on July 27th in Providence, continuing on August 3rd in Toronto, August 27th in New York City and concluding at Death Before Dishonor XI weekend in Philadelphia on September 20th and 21st.

Michael Elgin, the number one contender for the belt, is the first man entered into the tournament. ROH will announce more participants on their official website.
