- Match four of the Best of Seven Series between Sheamus and Cesaro took place at Wednesday’s WWE live event in London, England. Cesaro went over to the avoid the sweep, leaving the tally at 3-1 in favor of the Irishman. Match five will take place on next week’s episode of Raw. We revealed plans for the series here in our Members content and I’ll address rumors about Cesaro’s contract later in Ask WNW.

- CM Punk ended his training camp for his fight at Saturday’s UFC 203 with an emphasis on wrestling. He’s featured in the latest episode of UFC 203 Embedded, which you can watch at this link. Punk’s camp has went great as he truly feels he is ready and that he will beat Mickey Gall in the eyes of all his critics. - After this week’s Smackdown Live went off the air, WWE Champion Dean Ambrose & John Cena beat AJ Styles & Bray Wyatt in a dark match main event.

- If you missed Smackdown, American Alpha were pulled from the finals of the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Title Tournament after Chad Gable suffered a kayfabe “knee injury” during their match against The Usos. The Usos will face The Hype Bros. at Sunday’s Backlash to determine who faces Rhyno & Heath Slater for the new titles.

- Scott Hall issued the following statement after getting thrown out of the bar at T.G.I. Friday’s in the Atlanta Airport over the weekend: ”Thank you to everyone for your support and concern regarding my recent relapse. I'm back on track and doing well. #BadGuy #HallGood”

- UFC’sMiesha Tate played the role of real-life superhero over the holiday weekend. Tate assisted a little girl and her family when the little girl fell and broke her arm at the top of the Mary Jane Falls hike at Mt Charleston in Nevada. Tate carried the girl down the mountain, allowing the family to get the little girl to the hospital sooner. You can see a post about it on Instagram at this link.

- Remember how WWEcouldn’t settle on names for the new Women’s and Tag Team Championship belts for Smackdown so they debuted them as 'Smackdown' titles? It looks like instead of changing their names that WWE adopted the change over on the Raw side of things with their women’s title now called the Raw Women’s Championship and their tag straps called the Raw Tag Team Championship. At least they aren’t Universal.

- Joey Styles has accepted a position with WWN Live’s EVOLVE promotion. According to the promotion, he’ll be working a unique role in their office and has been given the "go ahead" to interject himself on events when he feels he can make the show better for the wrestlers and the fans.

- UFC has announced that Donald Cerrone will face Robbie Lawler at UFC 205 from Madison Square Garden in New York City on November 12, 2016. Lawler was knocked out by Tyron Woodley at UFC 201 in July, costing him the UFC Welterweight Championship.
