Jamie Welton noted earlier that WWE carried a statement from The Amalie Arena’s website (the venue of Raw) on the status of this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw. The status of the show is in question due to Tropical Storm Erika’s potential impact to the area.

Raw was actually postponed earlier this year on January 26, 2015 when it was scheduled to emanate from the XL Center in Hartford, CT. This was due to a massive snowstorm that left Connecticut under State of Emergency. WWE ended up airing segments from their official headquarters in Stamford in addition to showing material from the Royal Rumble pay-per-view on free TV. That was the first time anything like that had ever happened.

WWE ended up having a live episode of Smackdown on Thursday, January 29, 2015 from the XL Center in Hartford, CT where tickets from that week's Raw were honored.
