Hulk Hogan’s legal team is trying to figure out who leaked the contents of the sex tape transcript that was contained in a sealed deposition held by a Florida court in his $100 million lawsuit against Gawker Media.
“I have my suspicions, as you can imagine,” Hogan’s lawyer David Houston told FOX411. “If I can find out it is Gawker who leaked the transcripts, we will bury them.”
Gawker President and General Counsel Heather Dietrick denied the site had anything to do with the leak.
"Hulk Hogan has only one person to blame for what he said and no one from Gawker had any role in leaking that information," she said in a statement to FOX411.

As we reported here on WrestlingNewsWorld.com, transcripts of the tape were submitted to a Florida court overseeing the lawsuit but were sealed to prevent them from public consumption. However, the National Enquirer and Radar Online obtained and published excerpts from the transcripts that were verified by 5 independent sources. TMZ reported on Friday they have seen the tape and confirmed Hogan repeatedly used the n-word while talking about an African-America guy his daughter Brooke was dating.
