Hulk Hogan believes that Gawker’sNick Denton leaked the transcripts to the National Enquirer and Radar Online that expose him using racist and homophobic slurs. TMZ is reporting that Hogan filed new court documents in his sex tape lawsuit against Gawker Media, where he asks a judge to launch an investigation into Denton and former Gawker executive A.J. Daulerio to prove they leaked the information, which exposed his vile tirade.
If the investigation proves his suspicions, Hogan wants anyone involved in leaking the story put in prison and wants the judge to declare him the winner in the $100 million lawsuit. Gawker is denying anything to do with the leak, issuing this statement:
"Hulk Hogan has only one person to blame for what he said and no one from Gawker had any role in leaking that information.”
Last Friday, The National Enquirer and Radar Online uncovered Hogan unleashing a racist tirade on the unauthorized sex tape with Heather Clem. WWE got word before the story leaked and completely scrubbed Hogan from their official website. They later terminated his contract effective immediately. On Monday, more racist comments were leaked and on Tuesday, it was learned Hogan also used homophobic slurs on the tape.
Hogan's lawyer already hinted they believed Gawker Media were responsible for the leak, vowing to bury them if he found out that was the case.
