Latest On Undertaker's Health, HIAC Main Event, Several New UFC Fights, Jose Aldo's Future

- Mick Foleyposted a Facebook status about having chills that Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte for the WWE Raw Women’s Championship would be in a main event in a Hell in a Cell match at the pay-per-view but clarified he had no idea which match would go last. He said in the end, the main event is whatever each fan decides it is.

- A lot was made of recent photos circulating online that showed The Undertaker using crutches to get around. The assisted walking devices were because of a recent hip surgery. He appeared without them while attending a wedding last month.

- WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch was backstage at last night’s Smackdown in Denver, Colorado. You can view a photo of her in the back at this link. Lynch was pulled from action, with her No Mercy match against Alexa Blissrescheduled due to a health issue. Lynch is scheduled to defend the title against Bliss on the November 8, 2016 episode of Smackdown in Glasgow, Scotland.

- Randy Orton beat Bray Wyatt in a dark match main event after this week’s Smackdown in Denver, CO. The show was poorly attended as evidenced by this photo that was tweeted to us on Twitter.

- WWE announced on Tuesday they’ve signed Tom Budgen (a/k/a Tommy End), Damian Mackle (a/k/a Big Damo) and Sarah Bridges (a/k/a "Crazy" Mary Dobson) to developmental contracts.

- WWE developmental worker Terrance Jean-Jacques was arrested on Sunday and charged with assault, battery, kidnapping, witness intimidation, destruction of property and threatening to commit a crime. According to the Eagle-Tribune, who broke the story, Jean-Jacques is alleged to have hit his pregnant girlfriend Jillian Gilman. He signed his WWE developmental deal in April and has been suspended indefinitely. October 20, 2016 10:24 AM ET Update: WWE sent us this statement: "We have zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, and per our policy, Terrance Jean-Jacques has been suspended indefinitely following his arrest."

- A hearing regarding the lawsuit that Billy Corgan filed against TNA Wrestling and company executives has been postponed until Wednesday, October 26 at 1 PM. No reason as to why is known at press time.

- Bellator MMA has confirmed that Chael Sonnen (28-14-1) will face Tito Ortiz (18-12-1) at Bellator 170 on January 21, 2017. It’ll be Sonnen’s first fight for Bellator as he signed with the promotion last month. He last fought at UFC 167, where he lost via TKO to Rashad Evans. Sonnen has been plagued in the latter part of his career by failing drug tests. Ortiz has fought three times for Bellator and has two wins (Alexander Shlemenko and Stephan Bonnar) and one loss (Liam McGeary). The McGeary fight was his last on September 19, 2015.

- The UFC has announced that Johny Hendricks (17-5) will face Neil Magny (18-5) at UFC 207 on Saturday, December 30, 2016 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV. Hendricks last fought at UFC 200 in July, where he lost via unanimous decision to Kelvin Gastelum. Magny last fought at UFC 202 in August, where he lost via TKO to Lorenz Larkin.

- Alex Oliveira will face Tim Means in a welterweight fight at UFC 207. Oliveira beat Will Brooks via TKO at UFC Fight Night: Lineker vs. Dodson earlier this month but he missed weight. Means last fought at UFC 202, knocking out Sabah Homasi. Speaking of which…

- Also announced for UFC 207 in December is Brandon Thatch (11-4) vs. Sabah Homasi (11-6). Thatch last fought at UFC 196 in March, where he lost via submission to Siyar Bahadurzada. Homasi last fought at UFC 202, losing via TKO to the aforementioned Tim Means.

- Jose Aldo told John Morgan of that his meeting with Dana White today at UFC headquarters went well but he still has no desire to fight again. Aldo flew out to Las Vegas to meet with UFC officials about terminating his contract. He has expressed a desire to retire from MMA completely and try his hand at something else.

- Thomas Almeida (22-1) vs. Albert Morales (6-0-1) will co-main event UFC Fight Night 100 in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Saturday, November 19, 2016. Almeida suffered his only loss back in May at UFC Fight Night: Almeida vs. Garbrandt, where he was knocked out by Cody Garbrandt. Morales last fought in September at UFC Fight Night: Poirier vs. Johnson, where he went three rounds in a majority draw against Alejandro Perez.

- Enrique Marin has been released from his UFC contract. Marin was a finalist in The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America 2 last year, where he lost to Erick Montaño at UFC Fight Night 78. He last fought at UFC 200, where he was beat via unanimous decision by Sage Northcutt.
