- A lot of ink has been spilled about Paige and her status with WWE, even resulting in her mother taking to social media to tell everyone to back off and her daughter is out with an injury. We noted yesterday Paige is dealing with an injury and that's why she was pulled from next week’s WWE tour of New Zealand and Australia. This is also the reason she hasn’t worked since the June 27, 2016 episode of Monday Night Raw.

Paige, who is the real-life girlfriend of Alberto Del Rio, continues to be the topic of a lot of speculation. Del Rio is believed to be on his way out of WWE as his contract is coming up soon. As we reported here in our Members content, Del Rio and Paige were split in the 2016 WWE Draft because Triple H feels Del Rio is a bad influence on Paige. That’s the excuse he gave to justify it anyway, while others saw it as Triple H punishing Del Rio because he doesn’t like him. Hunter feels Del Rio is constantly disrespecting him and that the company shouldn’t put a lot of effort into him because he’s likely to leave anyway.

- I’ve spoken with a lot of people about Roman Reigns, all who which think his program with Rusev is two years too late. The consensus is the program should help him to recover momentum and will give Vince McMahon options going forward. Vince has been determined for years to get Reigns over as a top babyface but it just hasn’t worked. Vince was starting to waiver in his support and then Reigns failed a WWE Wellness test, which provided the opportunity for the demotion and ultimate reset. Reigns addressed the locker room over his failure, which was for amphetamines.

- The Big Show vs. Shaquille O’Neal is confirmed for Wrestlemania 33 next year. Here’s what Big Show told Shanghai Daily about it: "We'll have one heck of a match and we'll see what's up. We'll give the fans a treat.”

- Kevin Owens spoke to reporters in an international teleconference on Monday to promote SummerSlam. The National were on the call and offered a transcription. One interesting quote that I was saw is who he credits for helping show him how to carry himself in the WWE locker room: "I found a lot help from John Cena and Randy Orton just from observing them. I am pretty confident with how I do things in the ring, but as far as to how you carry yourself as a WWE Superstar I think I have looked at how they do things and I guess I have taken from them how, as a general rule of thumb, to be outside the ring as they have been here a long time and obviously are good examples. They are good representatives of the company and that is who I have taken from.”

- The video above features Dolph Ziggler in WWE’s “Off the Top Rope” segment on SportsCenter with Jonathan Coachman.

- John Cena was a guest last night on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. The appearance was primarily to promote his match against AJ Styles at SummerSlam but it was a lot of fun. Here are videos: video | video

- John Cena, Erick Rowan, AJ Styles, Apollo Crews and The Usos will not be featured on next week’s episode of Smackdown Live (event info) as they’ll be heading overseas for the company’s tour of New Zealand and Australia.

- Newly crowned UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley wants to fight Georges St-Pierre. MMAJunkjie.comreports that Bovada sportsbook set the opening line for the potential bout on Wednesday, with St-Pierre as a -150 favorite over +120 underdog Woodley. We can confirm that is still the line as of Friday morning. You can track it at this link.
