Ethan Carter III beat Kurt Angle to win the TNA World Heavyweight Championship at Thursday's Impact tapings in Orlando. The match will air next week as part of Bell to Bell.

Below is the spoiler report from our own Scott Brooks:

Match 1) Ethan Carter III w/Tyrus defeated Kurt Angle to win the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.
- EC3 kicked out of the Olympic Slam twice.
- Brian Hebner got taken out with a belly to belly into the corner by Angle on EC3. Tyrus slid in the ring and laid out Angle for a nearfall. EC3 hit the One Percenter for a nearfall.
- EC3 ordered Tyrus to grab a chair and Angle. Brian Hebner ejected Tyrus was escorted to the back by Earl and Stiffler.
- EC3 went for the One Percenter again but got countered into the Ankle Lock. Angle grapevined it. EC3 held on for a while and kicked Angle off. Angle set him up for the Olympic Slam. Angle got EC3 up but EC3 countered and rolled up Angle for the win.
