A hearing for Tammy “Sunny” Sytch regarding charges in a DUI-related crash has been continued. The incident occurred on the night of June 20, 2015 when a 2008 Dodge Caliber Sytch was driving was crashed into a ditch.

Sytch told police her GPS told her to make a sudden turn and she made it too wide, causing her to wreck into the ditch. When she tried to back out, the car would not move. Police detected alcohol on her breath along with glassy, bloodshot eyes and her speech was slurred. Sytch admitted to drinking earlier in the day.

Police attempted to perform a field sobriety test but Sytch said she was in too much pain due to recently blacking out and falling down steps. At that point she was placed under arrest for DUI and transported back to the barracks for a breath test. The result was a BAC of 0.078. Sytch doesn’t have a valid driver’s license in any state.

Sytch is also facing charges from stops on May 30 and June 1.
