The USA Network is very disappointed with the ratings for the return of Tough Enough and unless the show turns around, WWE does not expect the network to bring it back for another season. The show doesn’t cost much to make, so WWE is planning on a season two whether or not USA renews it, as they still have great flexibility to distribute the series via the WWE Network.

The writing could be on the wall for Total Divas as well. E! feels the show is running its course and Season 4 -- which premieres tonight at 9/8c -- could be the last season. Unlike Tough Enough, putting Total Divas on WWE Network if it gets canceled isn't nearly as smooth of a transition as WWE's internal research shows that most Total Divas viewers do not have the WWE Network and are not interested in subscribing.

Converting Total Divas viewers into paying WWE Network subscribers is something WWE has not had much success at and old episodes that have been put up on the network have not been popular with subscribers at all.
