Hello and welcome to The Revamped Weekly Rundown, hosted by yours truly, Guy Landau. For those who do not know, this is a weekly feature on WrestlingNewsWorld.com where I gloss over the important happenings in the week in WWE as it pertains to the company’s present and future in RAW and NXT in the form of bulletins for the positive happenings (A.K.A "YES!", prefaced with + signs), the negative happenings (A.K.A "NO!", prefaced with – signs), and the ones I could not decide what they were, but felt they were important enough to comment on (prefaced with ? signs).

Now, without further ado, let's get started.

+ Harper vs. Punk was a great opener. I believe Harper might be the rookie with the most potential on the roster right now.

+ Putting Ziggler Langston & Miz as Orton’s potential opponents is a great way to gauge fans’ interests. I honestly couldn’t predict the winner.

+ Heyman is so great. Dr. Schmulik from Tel Aviv? Where did he come up with that?

? Is this RyBack’s new feud? Great Khali & Hornswoggle?

+ I like how WWE is building subtly into a feud between Del Rio and Mysterio. When Mysterio does return Del Rio’s Mexican pride gimmick will have already been well established. This is the kind of pre-planned booking I enjoy seeing.

? WOW! Big E won by a landslide! I never expected him to win over Ziggler by this much!

+ And what a performance he gave against Orton!

? Tyson Kidd returns! But on the other hand, this may be the most uneventful return I’ve ever seen by anyone ever. He became the #1 Trend worldwide! WWE of course attributed that to Total Divas…

+ Zeb and Del Rio on commentary was great, even though they agreed just a tad too much. I wanted them to fight, and they didn’t.

+ I really like Cena bringing the half nelson neckbreaker into his arsenal. It’s a great move utilized in the indies and in Japan that wasn’t seen before on WWE TV. The Hurricanrana should also be enough to finally shut up the haters. It looks like Cena used this most recent injury as a chance to freshen his arsenal up, which was sorely needed. Seeing Cena work as damsel in a tag match showed how great he is. His timing was impeccable, as was his selling. Besides, he used at least 5 moves we rarely to never saw him use beforehand. All 6 men were on their top game and this was one hell of a match, I can’t say enough good about it!

+ The authority developments are intriguing.

? I’m guessing Ziggler is going after the IC title now?

? Well, the ending to RAW was nothing if not interesting. I will need a lot of digesting before I make up my mind about the whole affair.

NXT (available for free on hulu.com for those in the US)

- I can’t for the life of me get into Leo Krueger. And from the frequency in which he changes his moveset it appears he can’t quite find himself yet either.

+ Rusev’s girl being from Bulgaria is a good sign. Perhaps she will help him find himself.

+ I like how Charlotte is actually taking shots at her dad instead of trying to live off his fame.

- I don’t like how horrid the acting in the backstage segment mentioned above was, though. Save Bayley, the acting of all of them was just awkward to watch.

- Wow. Ascension was just pathetic in the tag match. Watch it again, and see if you can count the misqueues.

+ Mojo Rawley’s opponent was surprisingly good and animated. He’s almost NXT ready, once they give him a character. He had good in-ring subtleties and only needs fine tuning before being put on NXT.

+ Harper vs. Ohno was a great match by any standard. It told a great story and a mark would get strongly behind Ohno in such a match. For a regular viewer that match is almost cathartic, and this is how Pro Wrestling is done as art.

That’s all for this week, don’t forget to come back next week for a brand new Weekly Rundown.
