Hello and welcome back to yet another edition of the Weekly Rundown hosted by yours truly, Guy Landau. This is a weekly feature on where I gloss over the important happenings in WWE & TNA week as it pertains to the companies' respective major shows, in the form of bulletins for the positive happenings (under the "YES!" column, and prefaced with + signs), the negative happenings (under the "NO!" column, and prefaced with – signs), and the ones I could not decide what they were, but felt they were important enough to comment on (Under the "Maybe?" column, and prefaced with ? signs).

So without further ado, let's get started.

Impact Wrestling

+ Joe’s dominance against Robbie E was fun to watch.

+ TNA is either REALLY delusional, OR they are aware of what little celebritae Jesse from Big Brother holds and are having him and Tara speak about it like it’s a big deal as a joke. I choose to view it as the latter, to be able to enjoy this lunacy. Taz’s way of speaking about him makes me suspect it’s a joke as well.

+ I enjoyed MizTV a lot – from the dynamics of Hell No to Miz’s intergections, it was a lot of fun. Bryan hiding behind Kane from Big Show was absolutely adorable.

+ Amazing how Orton, after he grows hair, looks 5 years younger.

+ I liked the finish of Rhodes Scholars against Kidd & Gabriel.

+ Kane & Bryan vs. Show and Ziggler was great in my eyes.

+ DiBiase should try for the Olympics in the Artistic Bumping category. That bump he took over the rope was insanely elegant.

+ As expected, JBL was great throughout the night.

+ Great finish to Smackdown. The surprise with Ziggler, followed by the bystander KO Punch by Show made for a fresh finish.

+ While Sinterio didn’t look like a team (see NO!), the opener #1 Contenders tag match was great. Sandow putting himself between the ref and the mat was a brilliant way of stopping the 3 count.

+ Michael McGillicutty got a surprising amount of offense against Kofi.

+ Here are Heyman’s subtleties – he said he had “ruthless aggression” in his plea to become general manager of RAW. On his first night on Smackdown!, Cena was asked by Kurt Angle what he thought made him special. His response was, as you might remember – “Ruthless. Agression.”

+ Great TV match between Ziggler and Bryan, as is to be expected. Ziggler getting the V was the right choice, holding MITB he needs singles wins as much as possible.

+ I knew not to pre-NO! the Newly Tag game a priory, despite its stupid name, because Hell No and Rhodes Scholars are in it. Luckily it didn’t happen, and we did get a bit of fun with both teams. Striker was as good as usual, and added to the segment as well.

+ Show vs. Kane was also good for their respective size, and the way both Hell No matches were booked was logical, pushed a bunch of storylines forward and made it so no one was made to look weak going into HIAC. Good job by creative.

Impact Wrestling

- Devon seemed to be trying too hard in the opening promo. It makes sense – as a heel I don’t think he ever needed to carry a whole promo before, it was always Bubba’s job.

- This is where it starts to get illogical – Say I suspend my disbelief that 8&A got access, say there was a contract signed that Hogan must let them in if they win. If Hogan can threaten Devon that if he doesn’t fight Sting he’s out, why can’t he just kick all of 8&A out, with no conditions?

- Oh no, don’t tell me Hardy got yet another custom design for the World Title!

- Morgan’s promo with Hogan was trying too hard to be a shoot, it didn’t work. Morgan calling Hogan “Terry” was what pushed it over the edge for me… I don’t think even Hogan calls himself Terry.

- Sting’s age is starting to show in the ring. His offense looked awkward at times.

- While it was enjoyable, I think the MizTV concept is being overused in general.

- Ted DiBiase of all people is jobbing to Cesaro? I’m sorry, but there’s more that can be done with him. MUCH more.

- It’s really hard to be the 3 Men Band when your theme song is “One Man Band”.

- As I alluded to in the YES!, I’m guessing Cara and Mysterio aren’t going to be tagging together for much longer? They looked nothing like a team, be it the separate entrances or the completely different colors, they looked like two singles wrestlers put together. Needless to say, Rhodes Scholars winning did not surprise me one bit.

- Cesaro vs. Gabriel AGAIN? Is there really no-one else for him to face? Not to mention it was their worst match to date. I guess they are going to have a match at HIAC now, but what does that say about Kidd & Gabriel?

- What good was RyBack squashing Miz?

- I now can say with quite a bit of certainty that the whole “Kaitlyn Attacker” storyline was useless.

- Though I didn’t really mind it, I think del Rio vs. Ryder was unnecessary.

- Lumberjack matches have suddenly become cool for some reason.

? As I have previously said, I am willing to give 3MB time to see if they grow on me.

? Interesting development with AJ. Let’s hope she stays a prominent figure on TV, but GM was definitely the wrong role for her. We also still need to see what does Vickie have to offer as General… I mean, Managing Supervisor. Regardless, Heyman was as spot on as ever. I am also undecided as to the whole AJ/John thing.

? You have to wonder whether Bryan suddenly using the Figure 4 on Ziggler has anything to do with a pending Flair return?
