A lot of companies are looking to lock up The Young Bucks but right now they’re leaning towards Global Force Wrestling. In fact, they were included on the leaked talent roster that was given to one of the minor league baseball teams for the upstart.

The reason the Bucks prefer GFW has to do with the fact that GFW doesn’t want to lock them up and is OK letting them work at other places. Deals with Ring of Honor and/or TNA Wrestling are far more restrictive.

Right now, the video from talent in both ROH and TNA is that GFW is the place to be due to the aforementioned freedom. The downside, however, is the money is really low. For lower end ROH and TNA guys, it’s now big difference. For top talent in Ring of Honor, making $40,000-$50,000 per year, GFW just isn’t an option.
