Angelina Love's TNA Return

Velvet Sky pushed hard for TNA to re-sign Angelina Love as she continuously pitched her over the last year. It's no surprise they're working with Madison Rayne not only because of past storylines but because it was Rayne that actually talked Velvet into returning to the company.

Challenging Independent Contractor Status

We received some mail following up on the latest WNW Premium Mailbag, asking how WWE gets by with classifying their performers as independent contracts and not as employees. The classification has been challenged in court twice, once when they were sued by Nicole Bass for sexual harassment and again in a 2008 lawsuit filed by Raven, Kanyon and Mike Sanders. A federal judge dismissed the 2008 case because the statute of limitations had expired.
