- Vince McMahon wasn't bothered by the color in the opening segment of this week's WWE Raw, especially because it was the hard way. He was concerned that Brock Lensar might have suffered a concussion but he checked out OK.

- There was continued disappointment about the in-ring work of Ryback. Spots mentioned to us - the work with Big E Langston on the apron and a "careless power bomb" on Dolph Ziggler.

- As noted, it's "full steam ahead" for Jack Swagger as WWE has decided to let things play out in court before rushing to disciplinary measures. Vince was livid over Swagger's arrest but appears to be consoled for the moment.

- While the Raw main event was very well received, there was a spot that caused Vince McMahon to throw his drink and start screaming at a producer. We're told Vince was livid over the piledriver spot and despite both John Cena and CM Punk protecting themselves, the move is on Vince's banned list. We're told Vince lit into Cena and Punk backstage about it but obviously their spots will not be impacted.

- Other than that, the word backstage was that Punk vs. Cena was a "Match of the Year" candidate. Some were saying they just gave away what should have been the Wrestlemania main event on free TV. We also heard Punk was put over for bringing out the best in Cena.

- Speaking of Punk, one producer approached Vince and asked him if he was aware that Punk has now lost to The Rock back-to-back, Cena and potentially Undertaker at Wrestlemania? We're told Vince looked puzzled.
