As I mentioned in today's Ask WNW, WWE Champion CM Punk was in rare form backstage at last night's Raw Supershow. I'm told Punk made a few off color comments regarding Triple H accompanying Floyd Mayweather to the ring for his title fight last weekend in Las Vegas. Punk took a shot at Hunter for not fully selling his "broken arm." Many feel this has to do with the fact that WWE would not allow CM Punk to accompany Chael Sonnen to the octagon for his UFC fight earlier this year.

Speaking of Punk, there was a last minute change to last night's Raw Supershow main event as the original plan was for Daniel Bryan to interfere in a singles match between Punk and Lord Tensai. The thinking was Punk wouldn't look weak losing in a handicap match. The change is why Bryan didn't have an intro and had very little in-ring time.

Punk had an icepack on the back of his head after the match, presumably from one of Tensai's sloppy spots.

Punk has a busy week as he's scheduled to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Chicago Cubs game against the Atlanta Braves at Wrigley Field on Wednesday.
