Backstage news from Monday Night Raw in San Antonio, Texas…

- There was some criticism about the microphones at ringside being turned up too loud, where John Cena and Seth Rollins could be heard calling spots in their match. This is something that happens from time to time but something that Vince McMahon hates.

- We're told everyone -- not just the announcers -- were wondering who was going to be on Team Cena at Survivor Series. From what I'm told, no team is set as of Monday. The match does essentially eliminate Brock Lesnar from the show. The talk as far back as late-September was to blow Cena vs. Lesnar off at WWE TLC so it looks like that could be the next WWE World Heavyweight Championship match.

- Ryback was well-received backstage. We're told he had a different demeanor than before and came off great. Ryback wasn't known for having a good attitude (I had a member of the international media tell me they contacted WWE over an interview they did with him), but he had it all put together on Monday night.

- Vince McMahon is reportedly "over" the program between Brie and Nikki Bella but it's something that was "strung out" to help co-promote Total Divas. There are other examples of Total Divas impacting WWE storylines, as I reported on Tuesday it's one of the reason why Tyson Kidd is slated for a bit of a push.
