- WWE continues to be "hot and cold" in regards to Brodus Clay and the way the character has been booked perfectly reflects their position. I'm told Vince McMahon cannot make up his mind whether to kill the push or not. The feeling is the gimmick has potential but the problems that caused McMahon to kill his push the first time weigh in the back of people's minds. Clay had a dark match prior to Monday's Raw Supershow and will be seen on tonight's Smackdown.

- Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler are scheduled to face one another in a street fight at Sunday's Smackdown live event from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. This will be a rare live event date for both Cole and Lawler.

- Evan Bourne, who is now officially off suspension, reportedly has not been told of any new plans for him in WWE. I spoke with someone close to Bourne earlier this week that told me he's just hoping he doesn't ended up getting fired in post-Wrestlemania roster cuts.
