- Christian had WWE officials worried coming out of this week's television tapings. As one observer noted, he's not young and there were enough concerns with his health after he suffered the concussion last August. Prior to suffering the concussion on this week's episode of Monday Night Raw, Christian basically looked at this run as his "last hurrah," something the company even played up in the billing to his inclusion in February's Elimination Chamber match.

- Those counting on a major surprise to save the 30-man Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal shouldn't get overly excited. We can confirm Rob Van Dam has been discussed as an entrant, something I suggested as a best-case scenario to bring him back at Wrestlemania XXX.

- Vince McMahon was talking with creative over the course of the last week about coming up with something to surprise the fans at Wrestlemania. Nothing major or a big swerve, just something people can say they didn't see coming. No word on what that could be.

- We're told WWE is looking to hire more developmental talent after Wrestlemania and hopeful independent talent are being careful about committing to anything long-term. While workers such as Prince Devitt and Karl Anderson don't want to go to the WWE Performance Center, guys like Chris Hero won't sign with TNA so they can have a chance at another run with WWE.
