Trouble for CM Punk After Raw Incident?

CM Punk is not facing any known repercussions for making physical contact with a fan at this week's WWE Raw. While Punk went incognito after it happened, not talking to anyone until he discussed the incident with WWE officials, he is not believed to have any backstage heat.

I'm told Vince McMahon blames security and event staff for being out of position and believes Punk was simply defending himself. While the company didn't like the negative publicity, the goal of their official statement was to highlight "proper security measures" not being in place.

Discontent at Smackdown

There were a lot of discontent workers backstage at this week's Smackdown taping over the booking. One worker said they managed to bury Cody Rhodes, Damien Sandowand Daniel Bryan all in one night. This particular worker finished by saying "well done guys."
