Daniel Bryan

- Daniel Bryan’s WWE contract is up in a few months and we’ll be following to see what happens. We’re told Bryan is already interested in whether or not Kurt Angle will get medical clearance to return to the ring.

- Speaking of Kurt Angle, his WWE Hall of Fame induction leaked prior to the company making it official but a lot of people (us included) were scared to run with it given some of the stuff Angle has put out in the past. Remember he went public last year that WWE had reached out to him about returning when it was the other way around.

- Beth Phoenix is rumored to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame and aside from her own accomplishments within the company, we’re told they really want to work more with Edge. Edge, who is married to Beth Phoenix, is someone who Vince McMahon has tremendous admiration for and there have been discussions about giving him a regular on-air role. Vince has liked Edge from the time when he stood up and refused to cut his hair back when Vince was trying to get Edge, Test and Christian to cut their locks. Remember, Vince respects when a talent has the guts to stand up to him. WWE eventually low-balled Edge after retirement but have since tried to mend the relationship, even offering him his own WWE Network show with little to no restrictions. Edge and Christian’s WWE Network show has been one of the least produced projects WWE has ever put out and part of it has to do with Vince wanting to work more with Edge.

- There is talk of Erick Rowan rejoining Bray Wyatt sooner than later.

- WWE producers were upset that plans for Mickie James and her return to WWE were leaked early Tuesday morning, however, it didn’t come as a shock to many.

- While Michael Cole is interested in taking on more backstage responsibilities, his role as the voice of WWE is as safe as it gets right now.
