As most know by now, Finn Balor was hurt during his match with Jinder Mahal on Monday Night Raw. After a nasty forearm to the head, Balor could be seen immediately dropping. After this extremely reckless move by Mahal, Finn was looked at by doctors and thought to have a concussion. Some sources are reporting that Finn stated he couldn't remember much of the match after the forearm except for the Coup de Grace, which isn't a good sign. Finn went in for testing today and it is definitely a concussion. The question at this point is, how bad is it?
As of right now, we can't be sure how severe the injury is. He had an MRI scan completed today and will meet with doctors again in a few days to compare scans and see how his brain looks. Only then will they know the extent of the concussion. Obviously, we're all hoping for the best here and a short time frame, but these injuries are case by case and it is always better to err on the safe side. We will keep everyone updated as the story progresses over the next several days.
