Hell in a Cell & RAW Notes - Neville Walking Out, Survivor Series Rumours & More

Hell in a Cell Notes:

Despite any rumors you may have heard or read, Shane McMahon was not taken to the hospital after the show. As a matter of fact, his biggest injury in the match occurred when his head struck a support while taking a back bump on top of the cage. Other than that, he sustained the typical bruises one gets from these types of matches. In the meantime, Kevin Owens tweaked his upper back and neck area but did not sustain any major injury.

Jinder Mahal was seen backstage walking with a limp; however, I have not received any information that it's something serious, probably just usual "wear and tear" from a match.

The crowd was a legitimate sell-out for the show.

Storyline Updates:

For what its worth, as we reported weeks ago - there is still talk of inserting Triple H into this Kevin Owens/Shane McMahon feud. One of the ideas is to have Owens and McMahon face each other in a traditional elimination match at Survivor Series, which in my opinion may be too early to bring back Shane into the mix.

From a WWE Title stand-point, there are 2 different directions they are considering going in; however, they have not finalized any of those plans as of this writing.

RAW Notes:

While we have zero additional information in regards to Neville unexpectedly leaving RAW other than the fact that he definitely did leave and was supposed to be facing Enzo Amore in the main event, what we can tell you is that "where there is smoke, there is fire." Matt Jackson even sent a tweet to Neville with a Bullet Club shirt. We will have more information later today.

It will be interesting at TLC as due to the TLC main event, the Intercontinental and Tag Team Titles will not be on the line. Plus: Brock Lesnar will not be at the event so the Universal Title will also not be at stake. Here is the current card:

The Shield vs. Braun Strowman, The Miz, Cesaro & Sheamus in a TLC match
Finn Balor vs. Bray Wyatt
Asuka vs. Emma
AlexaBliss vs. MickieJames for the Women's Championship

Vince McMahon already does not like the Sister Abigail angle so unless it grows on him quickly, I would not expect it to last very long. On a side note, the stuff involving Bray Wyatt on RAW was pre-taped.

Bray was also not on house shows this past weekend and Bo Dallas was not on RAW on Monday. We will have further details on these two stories later in the week.
