With his contract with TNA Impact Wrestling up this month, Rob Van Dam has been working on funding a commentary on the medical marijuana industry in its hey-day and its subsequent fall. The tentative title is "The Rise and Fall of Medical Kush Beach Club" and also involves comedian Tommy Chong.

The film is set to highlight the August 2011 police raid of the offices of Sean Kush'sMedical Kush Beach Club (hence the title). Kush, who RVD supports, entered a Not Guilty plea to eight felony charges back in November.
