Bill DeMott continues to be a lightning rod for controversy for his work down in WWE developmental. We’re told DeMott has been very hard on the female performers lately, so much so that Sara Del Ray, who handles most of the training with the women, has complained to Triple H about it.

Apparently DeMott is being so hard on the women that it’s starting to hurt morale. A few performers have told sources connected to Wrestling News World they feel DeMott is jealous of all the praise Del Ray has gotten since coming the company. She’s received a lot of credit for the continued improvement of female talent in NXT.

The complaints about DeMott are well documented and have mounted over the years. WWE officials have asked him to “lighten up” in the past. As for what Vince McMahon thinks, we’re told he likes the idea of there being a drill sergeant type training up and coming talent.
