For those wondering why there was no follow-up to the Kevin Nash and Triple H program on this week's WWE television, I'm told Hunter is really banged up. While the storyline is he has a "fractured vertebrae" and will be "out at least six weeks," he is suffering from a legitimate neck injury as a result of a spot with Kevin Nash.

Sources close to Triple H also tell me his knees are in "really bad" shape. Hunter thought some rest would make him feel better but so far he's still hurting.

While next Monday would fulfill the "six weeks" timetable of the storyline WWE injury, the proposed match between Hunter and Nash at WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs is in limbo. The match was originally scheduled for Survivor Series, bumped to this month and could be bumped to Royal Rumble. Given the uncertainty of Triple H's status, it could be even longer than that. I'm told Hunter will eventually need surgery on his knees but has no plans to go under the knife right now.

Meanwhile, Kevin Nash is overseas with the Raw roster in Japan. He tagged with WWE United States Champion Dolph Ziggler against Big Show & Zack Ryder at today's show in Yokohama.
