- It’s no coincidence that WWE Elimination Chamber 2015 will take place on the final day of free signups for those that joined the service in May. The idea, as we talked about in today’s Ask WNW, is to entice those free signups to rollover into paid subscribers. The fear from investors to date with the WWE Network is that it peaked with subscriptions after Wrestlemania 31. Obviously, WWE is attempting to offset that with the show, which will feature multiple title matches.

- Luke Harper and Erick Rowan are back together with Vince McMahon back on his tag team kick. Further, they’re still at least considering reforming The Wyatt Family with the possibility of Bo Dallas joining. If anything else, it gives Harper and Rowan something and prevents them from being directionless.

- The plan is to at least tease The Shield reunion at Payback on Sunday. There are concerns about pulling the trigger on that because everyone has finally gotten their own identity and putting them back together would be essentially booking backwards. Obviously though, it’s not out of the realm of possibilities.

- Neville is being protected until they can find a true role for him, which is one of the reasons he didn’t go under John Cena.

- Speaking of Cena, we’re told production took heat for showing Cena telling Rusev to get the belt after the attack on this week’s Raw.

- Next week’s NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable will be telling for a few reasons. Originally, they wanted to do a Finn Balor vs. Hideo Itami program before calling Balor up to the main roster. However, concerns about Itami’s health could nix that completely and Balor could get called up without it. If not, they may try to squeeze in a Balor vs. Kevin Owens program. Balor was given assurances he wouldn’t remain in developmental for long and has a bigger downside than most. Vince McMahon wants him up but Triple H is stressing patience.
