WWE puts prospective performers through baseline testing before a contract can be signed. This is where the performer is tested for diseases and their testosterone levels are evaluated. According to one source close to the situation, Hero's testosterone levels came back elevated. Hero cannot be signed until his levels test within the acceptable range.
