As we previously reported here at Wrestling News World Premium, FloSports tried to purchase TNA Wrestling but the deal went nowhere. Since then, they’ve been trying to lock up professional wrestling content. They’ve announced a five-year agreement with WWNLive to stream all of their events and there have also been talks with Pacific Coast Wrestling and many other promotions. Pacific Coast Wrestling has signed a one year deal with Rob Van Dam to be the top star of their event.
Ring of Honor is another promotion that has spoken with Flosports but they’re also talking with WWE about streaming their content on the WWE Network. WWE has been exploring the possibility of third party content on their Network and actually came close to a deal with New Japan Pro Wrestling around a year ago before things went horribly wrong.
