As announced on Wednesday, Santana Garrett will debut this week with TNA Wrestling as Brittany. We're told the company remains focused on bringing in new names at a cheaper rate to help offset recent losses. One name they've been in continuous pursuit of is Chris Hero (formerly known as Kassius Ohno in WWE NXT).

The issue from Hero's side is he's afraid if he signs with TNA it will hurt his chances of ever returning to WWE. He was hopeful when he was released from WWE last year that he'd be back some day and even hopes to return to the company as soon as sometime this year. However, we're told there is no interest in WWE about bringing him back at this time.

TNA hasn't given up but aren't offering big money. One source says they'd love to have him but they're not going to spend the kind of money they're willing to spend on Bobby Lashley.
