Finn Balor and Okada

- Braun Strowman suffered a cut on his arm during the spear off the stage spot. He was cleaned up when he got to the back as there was no serious damage to his arm, just a gash.

- Finn Balor vs. Elias Samson could be added to Sunday's Great Balls of Fire if time permits. Once again, Finn is not in the dog house and will still be pushed as we said weeks ago. This was a matter of plans being changed with Braun getting injured and then returning.

- With the legal battle for the "Broken" gimmick rights coming to an end, look for the gimmick to be brought to TV any day now. Logic would suggest sooner than later as the nostalgia is wearing off at this point.

- As we noted earlier, Okada was at Raw last night checking out the show and was backstage. Okada has done this in the past when in the country.

- WWE still has interest in some top NJPW stars, however they are following the contract situations closely with ROH contracts also coming into play. Marty Scurll is still at the top of their list, and will be a guest on Stone Cold's podcast. However you can add War Machine and G. O. D. to people they are looking into as well.

- As reported several times here in WNW Premium, WWE is thrilled with how Samoa Joe has gotten over with his feud with Brock Lesnar, not so much where it is likely we will see another match, but so much so Joe will likely be kept at the top of the card for a while now. With that being said, a feud with Roman Reigns is down the line, possibly as soon as SummerSlam.

Hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable 4th. We will be back with more premium news in tomorrow's update.
