Finn Balor

- For those that enjoyed WWF circa 1997 "gang warfare," you're in for a treat as the company is bringing it back. The company added League of Nations on Monday, The Family on Smackdown and plan to keep going. The Wyatts are already cemented as a faction and the start of "extreme" with Tommy Dreamer and The Dudleyz was also put in motion. Word on Monday was that Rhyno could be added to that group for the time being. The New Day are expected to break away from LON and form their own stable. We also can't forget about Stardust and The Ascension.

- Something that has been mentioned is calling Finn Balor up with the "Balor Club" but they don't have any idea whom they would put with him. Balor is someone Vince McMahon wants up but Triple H has stressed patience (which has been the case for quite some time). In speaking with more than one person, the idea of bringing Balor up in a faction has been frowned upon, with the reasoning the Balor character needs a slow build that highlights its versatility.

- Brock Lesnar was scheduled to return in a few weeks and he's still on upcoming live events, however, WWE could push him back to Royal Rumble if he doesn't fit with current storylines. It's fascinating how the company uses him but he'll for sure be on the Rumble pay-per-view and in the build to Wrestlemania 32.

- Big Cass should be able to return from injury soon and prior to it, he and Enzo Amore were considered main roster talent.

- WWE Shop had one of its busiest days ever over the past weekend, with their four days of sales trending the entire time. While on the topic of merchandise, Finn Balor, Kevin Owens, Hideo Itami, Sami Zayn, Bayley, Tyler Breeze, Neville and Charlotte all have Mattel action figures slated for release prior to the holiday.

- We do not have new injury updates on Nikki Bella or Daniel Bryan and no news isn't to be taken as good news, as I'm told it makes both look less promising for a prompt return.
