- As seen on this week’s WWE television, Sheamus is back in the ring but that doesn’t mean he’s 100 percent. The feeling backstage at Raw was that he was rushing it and it was fairly obvious that he was favoring his arm. Because Sheamus’s injury isn’t a head/neck injury, the clearance process is much easier. Monday was his first match since January 25, 2016.

- The call for Kevin Owens to go over Dean Ambrose on Raw wasn’t made until a late show rewrite.

- We already noted Mark Henry was legitimately banged up on this week’s Monday Night Raw. He knew he couldn’t take the finish and that’s why he just filled off and got pinned. He spent the commercial break with trainers before going to back where he underwent further evaluation.

- News broke via ProWrestlingSheet.com on Tuesday that Wade Barrett plans to leave WWE when his contract expires in June. We heard there has been talk of him trying MMA and he’s been weighing his future options for quite some time. We are told it’s highly unlikely Barrett is going to leave any money on the table.

- There isn’t a clear update on Finn Balor other than he has worn an air cast on his ankle in attempt to speed up the heeling process.

- Both Seth Rollins and John Cena are ahead of schedule in terms of returning from their respective injuries. Rollins could be back by May and I have a sneaking suspicion Cena is doing everything he can to get cleared for Wrestlemania 32, although that really seems to be pushing it.
