With TNA moving Impact Wrestling back to Tuesday nights on their new television network, WWE will be watching very closely. The talk since it was announced that Smackdown was leaving SyFy for the USA Network next year has been the possibility of taking Smackdown live. For that to happen, a move to Tuesday nights would be likely. That way, WWE would be able to continue to tape their television on consecutive nights.

Some people in WWE believe the company will make another push to try to convince USA to go live on Tuesday nights, especially if TNA can prove there is a viable cable television audience that night.

The move has pros and cons but many feel WWE airing Raw and Smackdown back-to-back on the same network would be overkill. However, there is a big appeal to take the show live in the United States and if TNA has any success on Tuesday at all, that could make people more optimistic about that night of the week.
