WWE has signed Marty Wright a/k/a The Boogeyman and ”Superstar” Billy Graham to Legends contracts. Both broke the news on their respective social media accounts. For those wondering how WWE got a deal done with Graham, who has had heat with the company for years, it was Mark Carrano from talent relations and Triple H that got it signed. Remember, it was Graham that wanted his WWE Hall of Fame induction rescinded.
For those that don't know the difference, Legends contracts are not like Performers contracts that regular in-ring talent work under. Legends deals are done for licensing and merchandising opportunities and are non-exclusive. There are situations in which WWE has to approve things, however, they are much less restrictive than a Performers contract for a normal in-ring talent.
