The comments come in response to reports [outside of Wrestling News World] about a warrant being issued for his arrest in regards to an alleged incident over Wrestlemania XXVII weekend in April 2011. Corinne Oliver, who was working for Allied Barton Security Services at the time, accused Slater [whose real name is Heath Miller] of choking her and trying to force her to his hotel room on April 4, 2011.

This story died following the initial allegations and resurfaced on the aforementioned claims in early December.

The WWE office was aware of the issue. Slater hasn’t worked for the company since the November 25, 2014 Smackdown taping.
