Christian will return to WWE at Sunday's Night of Champions pay-per-view. As CJ noted here at WrestlingNewsWorld.com, he'll host The Peep Show with Chris Jericho as his guest on the one hour Night of Champions Kickoff.
We get more questions about Christian than any other WWE worker. His status in late-May according toTriple H was that he was still recovering. He appeared on the WWE Money in the Bank expert panel in June.
Injuries have plagued Christian in the latter part of his career as he suffered a concussion on the March 24, 2014 episode of Monday Night Raw, just under 7 months after suffering a concussion on the August 26, 2013 episode of Raw. Prior to that, he'd missed considerable amount of time due to a legitimate shoulder injury that sidelined him for nearly a year.
Word on Christian is that he's medically cleared to compete but the company has been hesitant to book him in storylines. The fact he's booked for a segment with Jericho (who will be departing after Night of Champions) is that it could be used as a situation to reintroduce him into storylines.
