Confirmed For Smackdown, WWE On Domestic Abuse/Talent Polices, Slam City To Nicktoons

- WWE will tape this week's episodes of Main Event and Smackdown on Tuesday from the Intrust Bank Arena in Wichita, Kansas. It's been announced that Cesaro will face Dolph Ziggler for the WWE Intercontinental Championship on this week's Smackdown. Brooks Oglesby will have complete taping results here at WrestlingNewsWorld.com and CJ Blaze will cover this week's WWE Main Event.

- WWE has updated their talent programs and policies to carry issues on domestic violence, child abuse and sexual assault. It's unknown when it exactly this was added but below is an excerpt originally posted here on WWE corporate:

WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, child abuse and sexual assault. Upon arrest for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately suspended. Upon conviction for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately terminated.

WWE’s ability to fine, suspend or terminate a WWE talent will not be, however, limited or compromised in any manner in the event incontrovertible evidence of such illegal misconduct is presented to WWE. Section 9.13(a) of the WWE booking contract, commonly known as the “morals clause”, provides WWE with broad discretion and authority to act under such circumstances.

- Nickelodeon has teamed with WWE to air WWE Slam City on Nicktoons' NickSports TV Block. The first episode will premiere on Wednesday. Click here for the official press release.
