WrestlingNewsWorld.com is able to independently confirm a report by PWInsider.com that the unruly fan that got into the ring prior to Chris Jericho’s return to WWE at Sunday’s Night of Champions pay-per-view is incarcerated after being charged with a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespassing of a property or building with no forced entry.
The man’s name is Oscar Ramirez and he turned 37 years old earlier this month. Public records indicate he was being held on $1000 bond before reportedly pleading guilty to the charge and accepting a 10-day sentence of incarceration. We cannot confirm the specifics of the sentence, however, can confirm Ramirez is in custody.

Further records of the arrest are available at this link.
We covered the bizarre incident here on WrestlingNewsWorld.com where I pleaded with WWE to crack down hard with too many of these type of incidents happening. Given that WWE chose to press charges against this individual, it’s clear they are taking the incidents very seriously. Don’t do it.
