TMZ has updated their coverage on Kevin Nash after obtaining two police reports from the incident. Regarding Kevin’s arrest, it’s reported that he told police his son, Tristen, came home drunk and belligerent towards him and his wife.
Allegedly, Tristen spit in his face and “elbow-checked him.” Kevin told police he pinned Tristen to the ground and was scratched in the face.
Tristen told police Kevin was “berating him over his relationship with his girlfriend.” He alleged Kevin choke-slammed him to the ground and hit him in the head so hard that he blacked out.
Kevin was arrested because police felt he was the “primary aggressor.”
Tristen was arrested two hours later because his uncle told police he had "slung his mom around the kitchen" and tried to attack him as well. Tristen, while 18 years old, is 6’5 200 lbs.

We reported earlier (via TMZ) here on WrestlingNewsWorld.com that Kevin Nash and his son were arrested in the early hours of Wednesday morning following a fight.
Pro wrestling promoter and close friend of Kevin Nash - David Herro - posted the following on social media:
I spoke with the Nash family today. As you know it is a challenging time for them especially during the Holidays.
Not everything that has been reported is accurate. I know Kevin Nash like a big brother and I do not believe what I read is accurate. Kevin would never beat his son.
I ask that you please be considerate of their situation and respect their privacy the way you would want your privacy treated in a similar situation.
