It was another exciting night for WWE NXT as they held their TakeOver: Toronto pay-per-view on Saturday from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In a shock finish, Samoa Joe won the WWE NXT Championship, while Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa won the WWE NXT Tag Team Championship. Asuka fended off Mickie James to retain her title and The Authors of Pain won the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.
