A film titled Nobody Speak: Hulk Hogan, Gawker and Trials of a Free Press will be one of the lead flicks at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival from Jan. 19-29, 2017.

The film looks a the First Amendment court case between Hulk Hogan and the Gawker.com website that leaked his sex tape without his permission.

ShowBiz411.com added this:

“Nobody Speak: Hulk Hogan, Gawker and Trials of a Free Press” • Director Brian Knappenberger (“The Internet’s Own Boy,” SFF ’14) chronicles wrestler Hulk Hogan’s lawsuit against Gawker Media, examining privacy rights vs. freedom of the press and how big money can silence the news.

The film could impact Hogan potentially returning to WWE.

This is a story that WWE just wants to go away and the film could cause it to get another run in the mainstream media, which could leave WWE pushing away from Hogan. There have been talks about Hogan returning to WWE by Wrestlemania 31 next year but nothing has been finalized. WWE is aware of the film and are watching the situation closely.
