Full Taping Results For Tonight's WWE Tribute To The Troops 2012

WWE taped Tribute to the Troops 2012 on December 9 from The Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia. Below are full taping results:

* Lilian Garcia sung the Star Spangled Banner to officially open the show. Kid Rock followed with some of his popular material. Michael Cole and John “Bradshaw” Layfield come out to announce with Justin Roberts as the ring announcer.

* Randy Orton & Sheamus b. Big Show & Dolph Ziggler when Orton hit an RKO on Show followed by a Brogue Kick by Sheamus.

* Ryback b. Alberto Del Rio via disqualification after interference from Ricardo Rodriguez. Ryback gave them both Shellshock.

* WWE Tag Team Champions Team Hell No & R-Truth b. 3MB when R-Truth hit the Lie Detector on Heath Slater

* The Miz hosted a special segment of Miz TV with The Muppets. Miz tries to figure out if Kermit really loves Miss Piggy when Damien Sandow interrupts.

* The Miz b. Damien Sandow

* Layla b. WWE Divas Champion Eve Torres in a non-title match

* Brodus Clay, Sin Cara, The Great Khali & Hornswoggle b. David Otunga, Tensai, Epico & Primo after Hornswoggle hit the Tadpole Splash.

* Flo Rida performed his popular material.

* John Cena b. WWE United States Champion Antonio Cesaro in a non-title match

* The locker room cleared for the final segment which was a tribute from all the workers and staff to the United States military. John Cena was on the mic as Zack Ryder, The Prime Time Players, The Uso’s, Santino Marella, Yoshi Tatsu and Justin Gabriel came out as reindeer and what appeared to be Mick Foley as Santa Clause. Triple H came out as did John Laurinaitis, Michael Hayes, Dean Malenko and Road Dogg. There were several talents that didn’t work that also appeared including Alicia Fox, AJ Lee, Ted DiBiase and Kaitlyn.

WWE Tribute to the Troops 2012 will air tonight at 9/8c on the USA Network and as a one-hour special on Saturday, December 22nd at 9/8c on NBC.
