A story that made rounds last week after The Rock’s return on Monday Night Raw was about him acknowledging the fans at ringside dressed as Hulk Hogan, Undertaker, Randy Savage and Rock himself. WWE had already warned the fans to calm it down, feeling they were a distraction, before Rock mentioned them in his segment. Rock commented about going off script, noting on Twitter, “Ha well at @WWE events, going "off script" is what I live for. So much fun for the fans. Nightmare for Vince.”

What makes people like The Rock so good is his ability to go off script and engage the audience. Overproduction is what kills WWE talent and is detrimental to the development of workers. Fans can sense whether something is realistic or not and that’s why they love Rock. Lighten up Vince!
