I checked around regarding Justin Roberts and was told his WWE release had to do with budget cuts and didn't involve a scandal or heat. WWE is continuing to make budget cuts wherever they see fit and were trying to cut his pay on a new contract. According to a source, Roberts was not willing to take a significant cut in pay.
My source reports that Roberts knew Monday in Atlanta was his last night with the company, which is why he was on edge. As for the schedule he posted on Facebook, I'm told Roberts was willing to work week to week until they came to an agreement so that could explain why he posted the schedule that had him working for WWE through November.
Roberts had next week off before Hell in a Cell, so maybe that's why WWE made the decision to make his release official after Raw.
