WWE NXT Taping Results (Spoilers) For Dec. 2016

WWE held another set of NXT tapings on Wednesday night from the campus of Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL. Below are complete results:

Percy Watson returned to WWE NXT as an announcer. He’ll join Tom Phillips and Corey Graves on commentary. He was released from his WWE developmental contract in May 2013 and hasn’t worked much on the indies.

Dark Match:

1) Tian Bing (Bin Wang) b. Blake

Episode One (Airing Dec. 7, 2016):

NXT Tag Team Champions Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa came out for a promo but were interrupted by The Authors of Pain. Paul Ellering said he thought they should be champions from the top of the ramp when The Revival came out. Dawson talked about wanting a rematch but The Authors backed them down. Ellering vowed they would be the next WWE Tag Team Champions before going back up the ramp, followed by The Revival. DIY never spoke.

1) Alexander Wolfe and Eric Young b. WWE Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann and No Way Jose

2) Ember Moon b. Queen Kimber

3) Otis Dozovic and Tucker Knight b. Braeden Knight and Johnny Knockout

Episode Two (Airing Dec. 14, 2016:

Tye Dillinger opened the show and revealed there will be four watches to determine the competitors in a Fatal Four-Way match to determine the new No. 1 contender. Eric Young and Sanity come out.

1) Tye Dillinger b. Eric Young by disqualification in an abbreviated match when Nikki Cross interfered. Big Damo took out Dillinger and then left alone. No sign of Sawyer Fulton

2) Andrade "Cien" Almas defeated No Way Jose by hitting a DDT and then pinning him to qualify for the Fatal Four-Way Match

3) Roderick Strong b. Elias Samson in under five minutes to qualify for the Fatal Four-Way Match

4) Bobby Roode b. Oney Lorcan after hitting the Glorious Drop to qualify for the Fatal Four-Way Match

Dark Matches:

1) Peyton Royce b. Sarah Bridges with a fisherwoman's suplex

2) Shinsuke Nakamura b. Patrick Clark

Episode Three (Airing Dec. 21, 2016):

1) Billie Kay b. Daria thanks to outside interference by Peyton Royce. The match was another quick bout.

2) The Authors of Pain vs. Two local workers ended without a finish as the referee stopped the match. Trainers came out to check on the talent and Paul Ellering got on the mic and stated they didn't care who they faced -- The Revival or DIY -- they'll be winning the WWE NXT Tag Team Championship at TakeOver: San Antonio. We got word this was a pretty ugly spot that you can view below:

Authors of Pain almost killed a guy. I hope they don't air this. Shit.

3) Bobby Roode b. Andrade "Cien" Almas, Tye Dillinger and Roderick Strong in a Fatal Four-Way Elimination Match to become the new No. 1 contender. Almas was eliminated first by Strong. Strong was then eliminated by Dillinger. Roode then pinned Dillinger to win the match.

4) WWE NXT Tag Team Champions Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano b. The Revival to retain.
