We’re officially on the Road to Wrestlemania 33. WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens and WWE United States Champion Chris Jericho came out. KO, with his arm bandaged, introduced himself and Jericho. He bragged about his win at Royal Rumble and said he proved Mick Foley wrong. Owens thanked Jericho for his support and called him the greatest Rumble performer of all-time.

Jericho bragged about being the 61-minute man this year. The only reason he didn’t win was because he suffered from vertigo after being in the shark cage during the Universal Championship match.

Braun Strowman came out. Kevin Owens said it was funny because he was just about to thank him. Strowman did what he did because he can’t stand Roman Reigns and he wants the title shot he was promised.

Kevin Owens said interfering doesn’t qualify him for a championship opportunity. Strowman said he had proof of KO saying Strowman was next in line after he retained the WWE Universal Championship at the Rumble. Strowman said he needed to give him a title shot tonight or he would break him in half.

Mick Foley came out in a green plaid suit. Foley confirmed what Strowman said. Michael Cole hyped the match and then stated Chris Jericho vs. Sami Zayn in a non-title match after the break.

1) Sami Zayn beat WWE United States Champion Chris Jericho in 11:45 in a non-title match. The finish saw Zayn hit Helluva Kick to go over. They played it up Jericho was exhausted from the Rumble. The crowd seemed to like the bout as it added some energy to the building.

Bayley got in-between Ceasro and Sheamus, who were bickering about what happened in the Rumble match. She brought up their mixed tag match against Charlotte, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson and said the best way to get on the same page was a group hug. The heels came into the scene and insulted them.

Backstage, Stephanie McMahon told someone “it is all set.” Kevin Owens entered. KO complained about his title match against Braun Strowman and she told him she had no idea. Stephanie said she would talk to Foley after dealing with the Rollins business to see about getting his match canceled.

Last night: Randy Orton won the 30-man Royal Rumble and there were 52,020 fans in attendance.

2) Tony Nese beat Mustafa Ali in 3:50 after Nese hit a running knee to Ali’s head. Austin Aries interviewed Nese after the match but he told Aries he doesn’t answer questions from his critics.

Seth Rollins came out and talked about being banned from the Royal Rumble. He knows Stephanie wants to scold him but not even billion dollar princesses always get their way. Stephanie came out and told him she instructed Triple H to stay home tonight because Hunter is afraid of what he might do to Rollins. Rollins didn't buy it. Seth said Triple H's legacy is going up in smoke because Hunter won't face him. He has exposed Triple H for the gutless snake that he is. Stephanie lied, Triple H is coming to the arena tonight and he's coming for Rollins.

3) Bayley, Cesaro and Sheamus defeated Charlotte, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson in 7:30. The finish saw Bayley hit the Bayley-to-Belly suplex on Charlotte and pin her for the three count.

Backstage, Stephanie McMahon questioned Mick Foley about booking Kevin Owens in a title match against Braun Strowman. Foley argued his case, saying he looks stupid but asked for her not to treat him like he is stupid. This when Stephanie blamed Triple H's music playing but him not coming out last week on a production error. Stephanie reiterated that Triple H will be there tonight.

Neville came out and said he’s the King of the Cruiserweights. Rich Swann came out and offered to shake Neville’s hand for their match at Royal Rumble. Neville said you can’t offer your hand to the king, you bend a new and bow. When Swann tried to walk away Neville told him not to turn his back on a king. Swann finally attacked but Neville connected with a kick.

Backstage, Sasha Banks got her knee wrapped for a match against Nia Jax. Bayley told her she had nothing to prove. Sasha said she has everything to prove and she's not okay coming up short.

Backstage, Kevin Owens freaked out over having to face Strowman. He told Jericho they need to keep the Universal Championship. KO asked Jericho if he still wants to wrestle the Wrestlemania main event together and he said he did. Owens said it won't happen if he loses the title. Jericho said he had his back.

4) Braun Strowman defeated WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens by disqualification in 4:45. The match was thrown out when Roman Reigns came out and attacked Strowman. Reigns clotheslined Strowman over the top rope. After, Reigns speared Owens in the ring.

Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman came out. Paul cut a lengthy promo about Hulk Hogan beating Andre the Giant, Holly Holm beating Ronda Rousey and Brock Lesnar beating The Undertaker. He talked about Kurt Angle going into the Hall of Fame and how when you say Angle, he says Lesnar. He said Goldberg was Brock Lesnar's 'yeah but' and he needs to eradicated. They officially challenged Goldberg to a match at Wrestlemania 33.

5) Nia Jax beat Sasha Banks in 2:05 by submission. After the match, Jax reapplied the hold but Bayley came out for the save. Bayley and a trainer helped Banks sell the knee 'injury' to the back.

Lana came out and introduced Rusev, who came out with Jinder Mahal. Rusev sported the face mask due to his broken nose. Big Call and Enzo Amore came out, which eventually led to...

6) Enzo Amore and Big Cass defeated Rusev and Jinder Mahal in 9:45. Enzo and Cass hit the Rocket Launcher on Rusev to get the win.

Outside, Triple H got out of a limousine and entered the building. Michael Cole said the WWE 24 documentary they did on Wrestlemania 32 is the best they've ever done. They showed a preview.

Triple H talked about Seth Rollins as the face of WWE, the WWE Champion with Triple H by his side. He had everything he wanted and all Rollins had to do was hold up his end of the bargain but he couldn't do it. Hunter said the pressure was too much and Rollins caved. After burying him some more, he said Rollins was a massive failure. And instead of accepting it, he blamed Triple H. Hunter said he's owed an apology. Hunter gave Rollins the world but Rollins spit in his face. The fans chanted Triple H before Seth Rollins came out. Rollins stared Hunter down from the stage but Samoa Joe made his main roster debut out of nowhere.

Joe attacked Seth Rollins and tossed him into the barrier. Hunter walked up the ramp as Joe brought Rollins to the ring. Joe hit three sentons and locked in the Coquina Clutch before taking Rollins down to the mat. Rollins faded as Joe stood tall as the show went off the air.
