As noted earlier here on WrestlingNewsWorld.com, Natalya and Nikki Bella were in-studio guests with Peter Rosenberg on Hot 97 to promote this week's episode of Monday Night Raw. The interview was extensive and covered a lot of ground so we've broken up highlights based on subject matter. In the below excerpt, Natalya discussed her role as a coach/mentor to the younger Divas and the evolution of NXT Women's Champion Charlotte.

Below is an excerpt from Natalya:

I'm always at NXT because I have a passion for what I do. I love working with new girls and just seeing people develop and grow. There's nothing more that I love than working with a girl like Charlotte. From not believing in herself to all of the sudden being like 'whoa this girl now believes in herself.' We had a match that changed her perspective on everything and you just saw someone come alive.

The bout Nattie is talking about is her match against Charlotte at NXT Takeover on May 29, 2014. Charlotte won the vacant NXT Women's Championship that night and put herself on the map as one of the best female developmental prospects in the company. Prior to that, it was relatively unknown how Charlotte will fare in the shadow of her father Ric Flair.
