One of the main promotional points for tonight’s episode of WWE Raw is a health update on the injured knee of Seth Rollins. Rollins traveled back to Birmingham, Alabama in the past 24 hours, according to reports attributed to PWInsider.com but it’s not exactly clear the reason why.
Birmingham is of course home to the Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center, the place where Rollins’s orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Jeffrey Dugas, practices. Dugas repaired Rollins’s knee back in 2015 and he examined Rollins after the injury in the closing segment of last week’s Raw. The word of course making rounds at Raw is that a second trip to Birmingham is bad news.
The original injury occurred on last Monday’s WWE Raw in the closing segment with Samoa Joe. The fear is he has a torn ligament but WWE has promised an update tonight on Raw.
